WHP CEO Dr Elizabeth Nair has an impressive track record in organizational leadership, both on-the-job and in professional circles. An American Psychological Association Fellow and APA Distinguished International Psychologist (2001), former four term President of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), she was awarded the Inaugural Award for Outstanding Service to Psychology in Singapore (AOSPS, 2003). She is the Treasurer of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP, http://www.iaapsy.org), historically the first established individual membership international psychology association.

Dr Nair is a Singapore Registered Psychologist and Counselor, and a Professional Member of the international Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA, http://www.eapa.org)
