Work & Health Psychologists (WHP) was registered as a Singapore business in April 2004. Client services offered include psychological assessment for selection and development, adult and youth counseling, family psychology, career guidance, executive coaching, psychological test construction for inhouse purposes, development of motivational and attitude survey tools, group dynamics analysis, decision-making process study and feedback at top and senior management echelons, psychological impact analysis of media and advertisement communications, organizational research with the objective of maximizing productivity, efficacy, workplace safety and worklife balance, HR workshops include stress inoculation for anticipated traumatic scenarios, anger management training, emotional intelligence, negotiation and conflict resolution.

In January 2006, the office premises at 39B Jalan Pemimpin, #08-00 were acquired. The fully equipped and state-of-the-art research facilities were operational as from July 2006. The premises have audio and video recording capabilities for research, feedback and training purposes, in the conference, assessment and counseling rooms.

WHP has been registered since February 2007 as a S6 level Government Registered Supplier, with the capacity to bid for projects up to the value of S$3million.
